Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Specific Times: 

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver the same day if order is received by 1pm EST. If you need a weekend or holiday arrangement delivered please call 8.03 431 1233 to determine availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One is Home: 

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Recipient Maybe Contacted

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: 

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

 
 

ABC Club Terms and Policies


I agree that a monthly payment of $(value will be indicative of each level)   will be charged on the card I have provided on the same date every month.

For AWW level $48.00/month

Upon payment I will be provided six (6) $80 value arrangements  (total cost of $97.00 includes tax and delivery fees)  over the course of the calendar year. The date determined for arrangements to be delivered (unless otherwise specified) will be on the same date of the month as the ACH transaction. (i.e. if you became a member on March 23- your arrangements would be every two (2) months on the 23rd.  If your scheduled date should run on a Sunday it will be delivered the Friday before.

For Blooming Level $100/ month

Upon payment I will be provided twelve (12) $85 value arrangements  (total cost of $100.00 includes tax and delivery fees) over the course of the calendar year. The date determined for arrangements to be delivered (unless otherwise specified) will be on the same date of the month as the ACH transaction. (i.e. if you became a member on March 23- your arrangements would be every month on the 23rd.) If your scheduled date should run on a Sunday it will be delivered the Friday before.

For Corporate Level  $140 / month

Upon payment I will be provided two (2)  monthly $50 value arrangements (total cost of $70.00 each including tax and delivery fees)  over the course of the calendar year. The date determined for arrangements to be delivered (unless otherwise specified,or corporate level) will be on the same date of the month as the ACH transaction (i.e. if you became a member on March 23- your arrangements will be sent within 24 hours of the 23rd) of the next month. All arrangements must be delivered Monday- Friday during business hours.

**This membership does not include arrangement requests for holidays to include but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Prom or Christmas. I understand that at any point I can cancel my membership with a 30 day written notice (by email or US mail) after the first transaction has been made for B and C levels and the 2nd transaction has been made for A level.

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify Awesome Blossoms in writing  by email or mail of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 30 days prior to the billing date of the 3rd transaction. This request can happen anytime after the 2nd  billing date with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date after. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, charges will incur the next business day. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that Awesome Blossoms may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 5 days, and agree to an additional $5.00 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. If  I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.  

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
