What is a CONCIERGE Florist

Concierge services are typically services that give that personal touch to the activity or event you are participating in.   At Awesome Blossoms we have a personal touch with ALL of our arrangements and we want the recipients to feel as if the arrangement was made for their individuality.

1.Your creations are based on the recipient’s personality, not stock photos or “recipe” arrangements. For instance If they don’t like yellow we will make notes to not have yellow in any arrangements.  

2. You get to “opt-in” our VIP program to get texts throughout the process so you can see what it looks like before they do.

3. Our quality standards are very strict before leaving for delivery, and include a nicely wrapped vase of ribbon, signature “Aww” tag, handwritten message, wax seal and delivery confirmation email.

What do your arrangements cost?

We can work within any budget. Under $50 will need to be picked up in person.  (Most arrangements on Social Media are between the $70-100 in price range)

How quickly can you deliver

If the order is placed prior to 1:00 pm EST it will be delivered the same day, if not it will be the next business morning.

What are your delivery fees

We have a flat delivery fee $5.00 if in Fort Mill under 5 miles and $10 for all other Fort Mill addresses. Outside of Fort Mill is $15.00.  All memberships have FREE delivery.

How far do you deliver?

Currently we deliver in North Carolina Uptown Charlotte to South Western Charlotte, Ballantyne area. In South Carolina,  Indian Land, Fort Mill, Rock Hill , Lake Wylie, & Tega Cay.

How do I cancel my membership

While we hope that with ease, cost and simplicity of our subscription plan we become your GO TO florist…. We do know that things happen. Just send us an email stating you want to cancel 2 weeks prior to your next billing date and we will cancel your subscription service.

How am I notified of my purchase?

We have high standards for customer service. You will get an email upon purchase, a text right before delivery (so you see it before they do). We can Post it on Social Media with your order number(in case you missed the text and want to keep the surprise) Finally we send another email once delivered.  

What if my arrangement is not what I expected.

All of our designs are custom made, based on personality questions asked at time of ordering. While we do maintain strict quality standards before your order leaves the shop, sometimes things happen.. In short. .WE WILL DO THE RIGHT THING.
